DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contact Center Supervisor for our Interpretation Services team.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our interpretation services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
As a leader in business process outsourcing, DATAMARK is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers, and we are looking for a supervisor who shares this commitment.The Contact Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our interpretation call center, managing a diverse team of interpreters, and ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and accuracy.
