The Contact Center Support Specialist is the first point of contact for spare parts for robots and attachments customers and business partners of the Robotics & Discrete Automation in San Luis Potosi. In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid team by reacting to customer inquiries.

Business Manager - Portfolio
**Your responsibilities**:
- Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
- Monitoring the status of orders.
- Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.
**Your background**:
- Engineering or bachelor's degree completed.
- 1-2 years of Customer support experience.
- Experience in management of purchase orders.
- SAP and salesforce experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Valid visa and passport are desirable.
- Advanced English level.
