Job Description Executes accounting and financial activities within a plant environment including but not limited to inventory, scrap accounting, payroll, and general budget and variance analysis. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 Years suggested minimum experience.
Responsible for customer service regarding Sales, price analysis, and retrobilling.Responsible for conciliations with intercompanies.Responsible for the control of fixed assets.Responsible for the analysis of accounts derived from the operations of the month.Responsible for monitoring shipments to the client.Supervision of the functions of the Mexican accountant.Preparation of accounting records (HSHARED) and its support.Responsible for monthly accounting closing.Responsible for complying according to their position with the requirements of AMS (Adient Manufacturing System), BOS (Business Operating System), internal policies such as Ethics, No Sexual Harassment and Drug-Free Work Environment, as well as compliance to the IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 Quality standard, meet the specific requirements of the client, for example; Global Supplier Standard Manual. Prevention of PPSC's (Potential Product Safety Issue).
