We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Controller with additional responsibilities as a Purchase Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while also managing the company's purchasing activities. This role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships effectively.Responsibilities:Manage all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and counsel.Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.Ensure compliance with legal requirements.Support month-end and year-end close process.Develop and manage the company's purchasing strategy.Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.Monitor and control purchasing budgets and forecasts.Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.Collaborate with other departments to ensure purchasing aligns with company needs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA or CMA certification preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and purchasing.Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum, C1 preferred).Strong knowledge of accounting principles, purchasing processes, and supplier management.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per dayEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
