**About the Content Analyst role**:
The Content Analyst will assist the co-creation and managing live online services with experts to provide live classes and courses on baby's sleep, feeding, play, development, and more.. Learning about our customers and their challenges about raising a child, and being up to date with tendencies that are key to providing the most relevant and engaging classes to our users.
The Content Analyst will spot the tendencies and contribute to the development of new content formats to provide parents with on-demand videos created along with the experts.
Our experts are an extremely important part of our services, they are in the frontline with our customers, and the Content Analyst will play a big role in the relationship between Kinedu and the coaches. Therefore, this position requires good interpersonal and communication skills, so that the coaches are in their best form to support our customers.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Manage Kinedu Experts (recruit, retain, and onboard).
- Provide feedback to coaches based on Kinedu's values, focusing on always providing the best services to our clients.
- Constantly learning about our customers and the trends in parenthood, early childhood education, and development, to co-create with the experts the best and most relevant topics for live classes, 1:1 coaching sessions, and other Kinedu solutions.
- Develop content for communications with our users.
- Analyze content performance and strategize based on the results.
- Understand the target behavior and use consumer wording to define topics, formats, and content.
- Propose, implement and manage innovations, and reinvent ways to offer content to our users.
- Script content around parenting topics and needs.
- Video edition in easy-to-use platforms.
- Collaborate with our backend system to upload content to the app while meeting strict deadlines and avoiding errors.
- Collaborate with the worldwide team to align processes and share learnings across languages (EN, SPA, PT).
**What you bring**:
- 1+ year of professional experience with content development.
- Experience in Early childhood development is a plus.
- Strong video edition skills
- Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and deal with people.
- Fluent in two of the following languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Skills to work with teammates beyond your scope.
- Analytic skills.
- Rapid solutions to unexpected problems.
- Hands-on professional.
- Innovation and creativity towards business.
- Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience working with teachers, educators, and parents is a plus.
- Experience with digital platforms or apps is a plus.
