.Overview:Do you have a passion for change & communication with a talent for developing compelling and visually engaging content that is aligned to business objectives and fosters engagement?As a Communication Designer, you are responsible for providing communication support to Operations in Retail and call centers in Oportun.**Responsibilities**:- Independently develop, execute, and complete different types of communications, strategies and enhancements that effectively drives changes for our 6 Lines of Business.- Analyze data and evaluate the reception of communication needs shared by our requesters.- Work with the Lines of Business managers to understand what is needed for changes to land successfully.- Ensure measurement and reporting on the success of the completion of communications delivery (tracking completion and evidence of such communications).- Keep track of all types of communication and projects.- Oversee, review, and share accurate information related to communication updates in project meetings.- Translation of materials/communications from Spanish to English and vice versa.- Audit training materials.- Be focus, present and punctual in each task and/or delivery.- Make changes fun and in a remarkable way!Qualifications:- 1+ years of communications experience (Marketing/Advertising campaigns) preferred.- Bachelor's degree preferred.- Bilingual (required)- Knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Passion about communication, change and planning.- Knowledge of efficient communication models.- Knowledge or experience in internal campaigns (Organizational Development) preferred.- Excellent communication and editing skills in English and Spanish.- Ability to translate business strategies into practical solutions that optimize communication channels.- Ability to work independently to plan and prioritize workload in line with business needs.- Empathic, team builder, passionate, creative, enthusiastic.- Have initiative, be open-minded and innovate consistently.- Responsible, punctual and time management skills.- Experience within call center communication programs/projects is a plus.- Must have at least 6 months of tenure- Must have good performance in the last 6 months- Must not have any written warnings or absences in the last 6 monthsLI-SG1LI-RemoteCompany Overview:**ABOUT OPORTUN**Oportun (Nasdaq: OPRT) is an A.I.Powered digital banking platform that seeks to make financial health effortless for anyone.
