We are looking for a creative who enjoys selling their ideas as much as they love crafting them.**What we are looking for in you**- Content that is Discoverable, Findable, Usable, and Maintainable is your jam- Proficient in defining key messages to create accurate, organized, compelling, and approvable content assets across formats- Passion and know-how of the wellness industry and its respective targets- Knowledge of content strategy and UX best practices- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a relevant field of study- Prior experience articulating content marketing strategies & community management of various digital channels (websites, social media, kiosks etc.) with a clear onus on users, data, buyer personas and channel affinity.- Experience working with brand marketing, marketing automation tools, content management systems, social media tools- Around 3-5 years of professional experience working in with Content Marketing, Community Management/Web Mastering and Content Writing.- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English — you clearly articulate your recommendations and decisions, whether verbal or written. (Experience with Copywriting in English is not a must, but is a plus)- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and excels at time management- Excels in team-oriented environments; works best in a team- Analytical, results-oriented, and impact minded**What you can look forward to in the job**- Own & create holistic modular content strategies accompanied by a detailed editorial calendar focused on hyper-personalized targeting that consists of awareness, consideration, conversion and advocacy across all digital channels and medias- Manage and lead the Social Media community of _kinezis _including publications, user support and strategies connected to amplifying the community of _kinezis _.- Conduct competitive content reviews. Audit existing content, including its overarching architecture and organization in the form of written, audio, visual, and other content types.- Drive and participate in user research activities and help find and articulate actionable user insights to guide content strategy.- Determine user needs by working backwards from FAQs, user research, and partnering with product owners to define personalized content types and messaging
