· Support in budget control of each assigned event, giving a timely report to content management · Support to the commercial areas of each portfolio for the sales orientation of content sponsorships · Implement agile methodologies to improve the adaptability and operational efficiency of the assigned team Physical Content: · Create, coordinate and propose new improvement strategies for the in-person content of the shows · Define and shape the conference program and all content areas of the event, confirm speakers and provide timely follow-up from the beginning to the completion of the event.
· Support in the coordination and logistical monitoring of the sponsored content of each event Digital Content: · Create, coordinate and monitor the digital content of the programs with the team: Content Blog, Video interviews, Industry Reports, Ebooks, etc.
· Propose and implement new strategies and formats of digital content to the content management of the different shows.
