And will ensure that all developed content goes through the necessary internal approval processes.Key responsibilities for this role include:Content Adaptation: Localize content from global and regional teams to fit the cultural and contextual needs of the cluster.Asset Development: Create and develop the necessary assets for each channel, ensuring they are tailored for F2F interactions and digital platforms.Approval Process Management: Coordinate the internal approval process for specific content, ensuring timely reviews and adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to understand content objectives and ensure alignment with local strategies.Quality Assurance: Review and edit localized content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance, maintaining a high standard of quality.An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and integrate data and information from local teams and stakeholders to translate into actionable strategies to improve content effectiveness and relevance.The basic qualifications for this role are:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or similar.Specialty on Marketing, Digital or similar (Preferred).Diplomats or marketing certified courses (Preferred).Prior Experience:Experience of minimum of 2 years in Pharma Industry or similar.Knowledge and skills in graphic design and UX content, human-centered design, content audits and analysis, information architecture, strong presentation and storytelling skills, ability to communicate compelling rationales and narratives.Fluent business communication in Spanish and English.Portfolio of work demonstrating your skills.MS Office Advanced (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)Adobe Suite Advance (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Video editing).TEAMS Advanced.MS Outlook Advanced.Veeva Advanced
