You're not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drinks brand.Your 'day to day':Contribute to the implementation of Business to Consumer marketing strategies and initiatives for the combustibles' category. You will handle key operational achievements, maintaining databases, building brand deployment activities and content plans to ensure detailed and reliable consumer delivery experiences.Communicate, plan, implement and supervise project activities, including undertaking various administrative tasks to ensure overall impact (time, cost, and scope).Process and prioritize data to build reporting related to delivery operations. Dive deep into the data to uncover actionable insights for both known and unknown issues.Ability to use data to audit and analyze the performance of daily operations and projects against the plans and propose adjustments.Collaborate with agencies to ensure clear communication for briefing and accurately translating ideas into real-world execution. Act as the point of contact and communicate operative and project status adequately.Lead routine activities, coordinate tasks, resources, and information through project management tools such as reports, supervising charts, checklists, and/or project dataset.Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and implement ideas into the overall strategy.Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action.Develop compelling content, including presentations, videos, and promotional materials, that effectively communicate the event's purpose and improve the overall experience.Ensure all creative elements align with the company's brand identity and values, reinforcing the organization's mission and vision.Who we're looking for:At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Experience, Project Management, Insights & Analytics, Sales, Trade marketing and/or distribution.Experience in project management and agile methodologies.Creative mindset to innovate
