The **Content Manage**r collaborates with the Distribution Hub Lead on the distribution and scheduling of assets coming from the Film & Brand and Series verticals across the different platforms.
You are in charge of ensuring the publication of assets on each platform according to the established date and time and must keep a constant communication with the Project Managers from each vertical to flag any issues.
**In this role you will also**:

- Keep horizontal and transparent communication with clients and teams
- Have a constant communication flow with Social Marketing Managers within the client team, keeping them up to date with the status of the overall operation
- Keep constant communication with the Community Managers, monitoring the status of each publication to ensure that the schedule is the right one
- Analyze and manage that no congestion or saturation of posts and publications occur in the Social Media platforms and handles - identify flags if there is some conflict with publications scheduled at the same time, informing the Project Manager and the responsibles.
- Receive the roll outs, review assets, flag any specific concerns to the Project Managers from the verticals.
- Check in with Social Marketing Managers if there are any flags such as content not appropriate or misleading
- Work with both agency and client teams to ensure that assets are delivered in a timely manner and that publications remain on schedule - anticipation, visibility and communication are key to achieve this goal.
- Evaluate if asset distribution and planning is balanced within platforms
- Collaborate with the team by providing creative input on reactive assets and campaigns based on conversation and listening generated by the Social Marketing Hub team.
**Experience you already have**:

- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital environments in roles such as Media Trafficker, Digital Planner or Social Media Manager.
- Proven experience on one of more of the following: entertainment, Social Media, digital companies or Media.
- In-depth knowledge of the Social Media environment, formats, and trends.
- Project Management operational skills:

- Manage several work streams at the same time, having the ability to prioritize, work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Organizational skills to manage different top priorities without missing deadlines and details to ensure a flawless execution - this includes but is not limited to deliver meeting recap capturing agreements and next steps, commit to deadlines, interact with several and different teams and clients
- Play along and develop empathy and commitment between the internal teams

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spelling, writing, and mastery of writing rules, syntax in Spanish and English.
- Problem solving mindset:

- Ability to react, adapt and find solutions in a quickly and constantly evolving environment
- Analytical skills to identify and prioritize areas of opportunities
- Fast thinking for accelerated client dynamics and great organizational skills: ability to supervise and work on several projects at the same time.
