This individual will collaborate with Engineering and Talent Acquisition on creating compelling media assets that position BairesDev as the employer of choice by strengthening its brand.What You'll Do:- Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to understand recruiting trends and persona-based employee value propositions.- Helping develop the strategy behind the landing pages including layout and how to best relay messaging.- Creating rough landing page wireframes, to pass off to design and dev teams.- Taking complex technical writing and refining into landing page appropriate revisions to fit the aforementioned layouts.- Assembling elements on each page to create a story.- Developing headlines and titles for each page.- Create original concepts and write copy that is compelling, on-brand, and focused on promoting BairesDev's engineering brand and generating top talent.- Partner with Talent Acquisition to keep our career site and communication fresh and engaging.- Track, measure, and report on performance and use analytics to identify key trends and findings.- Ensure all potential issues/bugs regarding online content are reported and tracked via JIRA tasks.Here's what we are looking for:- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. (Spanish is a plus)- At least 3 years of experience as a content writer in B2B.- Willingness to engage with the product and the market and to gain in-depth expertise in both.- Excellent writer and editor with a knack for storytelling.- Experience and understanding of both short and long-form copywriting.- Understanding of marketing principles and the role content plays in the marketing funnel.- Knowledge of SEO and writing for the web.- Ability to use data in order to analyze and improve content performance.- Some experience with marketing automation is preferred.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with content ideation, development, and copywriting for blogs, careers websites, job board articles, talent media, and social campaigns.- Familiarity with LinkedIn campaign manager and talent media products.- Familiarity with Engineering concepts and trends.- Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work.- Hardware setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours - make your schedule
