Content Marketing Manager

At **Cápita Works** we are looking for a **Content Marketing Manager **to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our client's properties (including page content, blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, social posting, etc.).
- Contributing to long-form content projects, providing feedback to other contributors, and editing other writers' content.
- Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation.
- Build and manage companies' social media profiles and listing and presence, including Google Business profile, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI.
- Attract target personas in the awareness, consideration and decision phases through Inbound Marketing techniques

**Requirements**:

- Visa and Advanced English
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- SEM Rush, Google Analytics and WordPress experience
- SEO experience & knowledge
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
- Exceptional writing, proofing, and editing skills
