ng Manager to lead our content strategy, creation, and promotion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing plan that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, target audience, and buyer personas.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original content in various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media posts, case studies, infographics, videos, and more. Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices, brand guidelines, and tone of voice.
- HubSpot Expertise: Proficient in using HubSpot's Content Management System (CMS) for content creation, optimization, and publishing. Leverage HubSpot's marketing automation capabilities to nurture leads and measure content performance.
- SEO and Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines by conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO tactics, and monitoring search engine rankings. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- Editorial Calendar: Plan and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content across multiple channels and formats. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree accepted.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content marketing.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful content marketing campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficient in using HubSpot's CMS and marketing automation tools.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with content analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
