Identify the most effective formats and themes to engage and inform our audience.Content Creation and Collaboration: Create high-quality, versatile content tailored for a variety of formats, from long-form reports and ebooks to short, conversion-focused pieces like ads and social media posts.
Leverage storytelling and copywriting techniques to craft materials that range from emotional, brand-building narratives to actionable, commercial content that drives conversions.
Collaborate with agencies, clients, and third-party experts to bring innovative ideas to life.Alignment with Content and GTM Strategy: Align with the local Content team to ensure tone of voice and brand positioning across all channels.
Coordinate with the Product marketing team to align on product features and market insights that lead to marketing campaigns.Promotion and Distribution: Design and execute strategic approaches for both paid and organic promotion of content assets.
Work closely with the performance marketing team to maximize reach and impact across digital platforms.Results Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content campaigns across all channels, using key performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
Continuously refine strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and feedback to enhance future content initiatives and ensure alignment with marketing and business goals.Team Collaboration and People Management: Lead and mentor a content team, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
