.This Marketing Specialist role will be the communication and content creation link between several key functions: Sustainable Communities, Public Relations, External Organizations, and the broader Consumer Marketing Team both in Mexico and in the U.S. The priority will be to connect the good work being done internally to our external stakeholders and touchpoints. This role must have clear analytic vision of the enterprise value chain and the diversity of audience needs; he/she will be in charge of creating an internal platform of brand champions, connecting market needs with ESG-related stories and providing valuable inputs for the PA/PR content strategy as well as insights for accurate coherent deliverables, in harmony with the political and social-economic environment of the country. The Content Marketing Specialist will function as a brand keeper and PR/PA strategist, in constant communication with the US CSR Marketing team as well as the local key stakeholders (SEI, production, agronomy, breeding, QA and food safety, among others).**Responsibilities**:- Lead the link between sustainable community initiatives and the Consumer Brand strategy in Mexico, through the creation of narratives and positioning strategies in key sectors.- Work closely with Marketing leads in the management of crisis communication to include prevention and response across Public Relations and other external contacts.- Monitor and translate social media trends for reducing damaging reputational risks or promoting positive.- Ensure brand language, written communication remains factually accurate and coherent with the reality of our value chain.- Develop and manage content for all digital platforms with a focus on Thought Leadership and Sustainability.- Provide support and Brand stewardship for SEI and Growing Teams.- Serve as content driver for LinkedIn Mexico to include HR and talent development.- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing- Minimum of 2 years of brand marketing experience with relevant knowledge on digital and social media strategies- Comprehensive knowledge of anthropological data analysis and demographics- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
