**We have a great opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Content Officer on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.**
As a Content Officer, you will help to raise the profile of the transformative impact that our work has on people's lives by producing multi-media content for a variety of different channels and platforms. You'll already have some experience of doing this for other organisations, share our values and be ready to bring extra creative flair to our channels.
Whether it is through audio, video, multi-media or interactive content you'll inform and engage our audiences by telling the stories of our learners' successes and celebrating the work of our amazing colleagues in helping communities turn dreams into reality.
Working in our friendly Communications and PR teams, we can guarantee you that no two days will be the same as you work to support the delivery of our Communication, PR and Marketing strategy in a fast-paced environment.

**In order to do this role you will need**:
- Degree or equivalent level
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or creative writing
- Institute of Internal Communications
- Chartered Institute of Public Relations
- Specialist job-related experience required in a content and communication related field
- Experience in developing and producing multi-media content including website copy, social media, video (both long form and short form for social media) and audio content
- Experience of managing messages, communications and involvement in projects
- Experience in developing internal communications and employee engagement plans and content
- Experience of using content to raise organisation's profiles to key external audiences including via traditional print/online/broadcast media
