Responsibilities1. Responsible for developing content diversity and continuously improving the content consumption experience of different user groups.
2. Analyze user needs, consumption characteristics, content supply and demand structure, explore content growth points, output diversified content strategies to optimize content experience and user perception.
3. Work closely with product teams, platform ops and other teams to effectively coordinate resources of all parties to achieve business goals.
