Check us out at Vantiva Supply Chain Solutions.As a member of the team, you are expected to serve in an operational role liaising with all segments of the business including Sales, Integrated Marketing, Product Fulfillment, Finance, Information Technology, and Business Affairs. In the course of day-to-day business, this role will be responsible for creating and managing worldwide content avails and will assist with various tasks in the digital supply chain workflow, including content scheduling, placing content delivery orders, finding unutilized rights, tracking art and metadata assets, performing rights checks, re-pricing projects, and research for backfilling avail databases with existing territory footprints.In support of these functions, this role will be part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing segment of the media and entertainment space. Required skills include keen attention to detail amidst vast amounts of data, strong communication skills, an inclination for problem solving, and a passion for efficiency and working smart.ResponsibilitiesCreate library and new release film and TV avails in EMA format for distribution to partners worldwide.Coordinate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to monitor content schedules and ensure workflow deadlines are being met.Research and normalize existing territory avail information for entry into avail databases.Assist with re-pricing projects.Query rights and avail records to discover unutilized distribution opportunities.Coordinate with internal team and external vendors to improve avail systems and processes
