Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.The JobThey will achieve operational support activities to the broader regional Content Management teams (onboarding, longform servicing and ancillary servicing) by defining, obtaining and analyzing content management metrics, KPIs, and preventive checks via data validation, cross referencing and data analysis, process optimization, and support for new initiatives and business requirements in the Latam region.Major ActivitiesLeads the analysts from the team both in terms of goals and priorities but also as a technical leader: is a reference in terms of how to create reports, which systems and trackers provide the most accurate information, how to present the information to the broader GCM Latam team, etc.Manages the team that defines, obtains and analyzes SLA metrics for each respective CoE and performs content analysis when required (example: SOMUS).Collaborates with the other Latam GCM managers and drives the creation, implementation and review of regional Content Management KPIs.Leads the analysts to identify trends, context information and root cause analysis of issues to support CoE collaboration in defining and implementing SLA's.
