.Alboalbo is a leading fintech company offering financial products to individuals and SMB's with the mission to bring financial freedom to everyone everywhere.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content & Social Media Senior to join our team and help us scale our product through an assertive and engaging social media strategy.What you'll be doing at albo:It will also be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring albo's social media strategy across all media and channels in order to increase brand awareness, enhance marketing efforts and increase engagement and adoption of the entire albo offering. Key responsibilities include social media strategy design and social media calendar planning, and must be able to work with agencies and/or internal teams and specialists to produce engaging content for different social media channels. This position requires a deep knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, BeReal, Twitch, FaceCast, Howdoo, etc.) and its trends, influencer management, as well as a passion for designing and driving top quality content that will engage different audiences and provide them with valuable content.Objectives and responsibilities**Analysis & Insights**:- Work as a team with the brand strategist in researching current trends and understanding the context that could affect brand positioning.- Observe and analyze to understand the market, context, consumer, our customers and competitor trends.- Analyze competitors to identify their content strategies, strengths and weaknesses.- Assist in conducting audits to assess the brand's position in the market and ways to reinforce it through content and storytelling.- Research and establish target keywords to write search engine optimized (SEO) copy that is both entertaining and informative.- Manage relationships and follow up with agencies for collection of reports, metrics, data, etc.**Strategy**:- Familiarize yourself with organization's ideals and brand principles to create content that supports their objectives and identity.- Oversee a content production team's creation and management of targeted content for the company's channels, from website and landing pages to marketing and sales materials.- Align the strategy and operation through a master content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content and communication lines throughout the year- Edit, proofread and improve texts when necessary and ensure all data and work is legally compliant- Craft our brand storytelling to tell customers about the brand, its products and services in a way that evoke an emotional connection with them
