As our Content Specialist, you are the personality of Joorney, and you'll be the voice of our mission: empowering international entrepreneurs and professionals. You'll represent our brand and all employees through our diverse types of content, contributing to our growth. You will play a crucial role in shaping our online and offline presence and maintaining Joorney as the top voice in our industry.
**What you will do**:
- Use your understanding of our target audience to guide our external communication.
- Create transactional copy that generates leads and drives sales.
- Support with conducting keyword research and incorporating SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with designers to deliver great visuals for your copy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with marketing, sales, and brand goals.
- Adhere to brand guidelines, style guides, and tone of voice to ensure consistency across channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry and content marketing trends.
**What you have**:
- Proven working experience as a content writer and marketer with a strong portfolio of B2B and B2C content.
- Native English speaker or fluent in English, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Ability to turn complex topics into content that is easy to read and understand.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and gather information from reliable sources.
- Have an understanding of our target audience to create compelling content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and factual accuracy.
- Experience with WordPress and CRMs like HubSpot is a plus.
- Partial availability during EST hours for communication with other team members.
