**Expected Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate Content Managers, Tech Specialists, and Strategists, to deliver optimizations
- Audit and compile any website issues detrimental to SEO; help to size and prioritize fixes
- Creative but flexible thinker with technical acumen to find evergreen business solutions
- Required to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced, fluctuating business environment
- Help solve challenging SEO problems related to direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce
**Education and Experience Sought**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- 2 years minimum SEO experience in an agency or enterprise environment with stakeholders
- Proven track record of project management resulting in growth-oriented SEO enhancements
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and industry best practices
- Basic understanding of web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Knowledgeable about web languages like HTML, JavaScript, JSON, DOM, CSS, and XML
- Moderate knowledge of online space, including search engine trends and technologies
- Familiarity with enterprise SEO platforms like Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Oncrawl, and SEMrush
- Familiarity with content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager or WordPress
- Familiarity with productivity/collaboration apps like Microsoft Office, Teams, Jira, Confluence
