**About the team**:TikTok's Content Vertical team sits within our Operations teams whose goal is to understand and champion the needs of our creators and communities and build a strong and trusted global brand that celebrates the diversity and creativity of our users & our platform.
Our team vision is to amplify the power of our global community and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are.The Content Vertical team is focused on delivering key strategic insights, managing local partners and creators and driving core initiatives to develop our diverse content ecosystem and to ensure the success of our creator communities and key partners across core pillars of Music, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming and Lifestyle & EDU.
**Responsibilities**:- Develop a comprehensive localized strategy to drive creator development and growth pipeline for the Music Vertical vertical, with a focus on PGC/PUGC (top creators, publishers)- Work with global vertical team in resource management, as well as rollout out of content vertical strategies adapting local insights- Work with Local Head of Ops to define unique content verticals to suit local market needs- Lead local content partnership teams to acquire, onboard and foster strong relationships with content partners- Track, analyze and drive to optimize the performance of local content partners- 10+ Years of relevant industry experience in content operations or development and content partnerships.- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience- Experience in influencer marketing, media, familiar with local culture and Internet development trends- In-depth domain knowledge about Music content.- Existing relationships with both a network of top content creators/ influencers, and content partners to lead them towards partnership- Strong Organization skills to engage multiple teams in alignment and workflow- Proficient in Spanish and English**Diversity & Inclusion Statement**:TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives
