Key responsibilities: Complete operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
Work with operation supervisors closely to make sure return and packing operation schedule correspond with overall outbound process.
Act as the bridge between the management team and team leaders and create thorough communication channel to deliver messages both top to bottom and bottom to top.
Briefing teams about new initiatives given by management or clients and make sure the standards are met across every team member.
Monitor and analysis return and packing productivity on daily and weekly basis and communicate with team leaders to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Create return & packing productivity report and analyze the reasons behind fluctuations in productivities.
Proactively create solutions and improvement plans to management team and customers and to implement the processes thoroughly.
Continuously look for kaizen in return and packing processes and provide solutions to management team and customer to achieve better operative quality and productivity.
Understand the needs and requests from customers and act flexibly to accommodate them accordingly.
Verifying on daily basis the check list for cleanlinessand IT equipment both will have to be done on daily basis and reporting any identified malfunction to manager on duty.
Responsible for daily QC Audits and follow up in any aspect not complying with customer's expectations in order to correct it immediately.
We are looking for: As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for: Industrial, logistical or related engineering
Advanced English Minimum 8 years in continuous improvement or project engineering.
Desirable experience in 3PL companies, multi-account.
Advanced excel, Power BI
