Transnational company focused in manufacture of automotive parts is looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader for our facility at Toluca.Responsibilities:Primarily responsible for planning, training and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, techniques, & methodologies for the most efficient utilization of labor, material, & capital of the site.Directly support assembly & manufacturing operations to increase safety & efficiency & target higher profitability through the development & application of a Lean Roadmap.Ensure through harmonized training methods that consistent standards for assembly & manufacturing processes are practiced.Coordinate, schedule, & execute Lean methodologies & Kaizen activities within the site to identify & reduce waste, utilizing such methods as 5S, TPM, Line Balancing, Standardized Work, SMED, & other lean manufacturing principles.Train all production related employees & management in the basic principles of the companies Production Systems; ensure that production related management participate in at least one workshop annually.Develop Value Streams & perform Lean assessments for business unit including domain functions; document & analyze current processes including deduction of optimization approaches.Create site-related goals to assist in achieving business targets; analyze gaps & formulate opportunities to improve processes.Supervise staff. Develop a pool of subject matter experts through training & application of workshops.Understand and comply with TS 16949, ISO 14000 & ISO 45001 requirements.Requirements:Engineering degree.Green belt, yellow belt, certificate.Nice to have black belt.2 years experience minimum in the same position (coordination level), in automotive business.Lean methodology fully application and knowledge.VSL, TPM, 5S, kaizen.Experience leading audits.Proficient conversational English.Power BI nice to have.We offer benefits above the law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
