Continuous Improvement Analyst I

Job Description:
Collect, structure, and analyze data from different sources to achieve business objectives and KPI. He is responsible for identifying areas for service improvement and developing programs that improve the overall customer experience. Establishes standards governing customer interactions and implements monitoring programs. Designs training programs or process enhancements that correct quality issues.
