We are looking for a Continuous Improvement to join our Quality & Safety team.
Based in Tetla - Mexico.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in production operations to drive improvement in manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing continuous improvement techniques.
- Be responsible for managing and leading continuous improvement projects, as Kaizen and saving projects
- Specific and demonstrated experience implementing Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE) throughout a large organization
- Implement tools such as Process Capability.
- Prepare and regularly review and update process documents including PFMEA, process flow chart, plant layout, work instructions, rework instructions, etc.

- Drive the standardization of processes and implementation of metrics KPI and best practices.
- Production process development with full documentation support.
- Work with Quality and Test to deliver a robust and cost-effective end to end process.
- Maintain KPI targets in line with business strategy.
- Identify and implement new technologies, specification of requirements, justification, planning and implementation.
- Provide techniques to support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
- Who are we looking for?
- English spoken is required in order to communicate results with the management in meeting presentations
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.
- A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial related discipline.
- Master in Quality CORE TOOLS implementation.
- Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE) Calculation experience
- Cross-functional business team environment experience preferred
- Proven ability to self-manage and deliver on time results
- Excellent inter-personal skills to build relationship internally and externally.
- Six Sigma certification is preferred; however, training would be available to further develop.
- Lean Manufacturing Certifications is preferred; however, training would be available to further develop.
