Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide**Overview**:**Specific responsibilities of the role**:- Drive the continuous improvement of results : communicate objectives, involve teams, implement actions, pull and implement improvement ideas, initiate improvement workshops (SWIP) and problem solving groups (PDCA methodology), track improvement (visual management), communicate results.- To deploy Industrial Strategies in-line with Product Line Management Committee decisions- Research of local suppliers and or partners for new technologies and looking for local content for Overhaul activity- Participate in the investment/budget planning.- Capturing of Return of experience (REX) from Shop floor on quality and productivity aspects.- Be responsible for the correct implementation for APSYS pertaining to Manufacturing domain, Sourcing and Quality Domains- Field Operation and Service Quality performances consolidation of data.- Manage relationship with Suppliers, Engineering and Quality to improve project results and Customer Satisfaction.- Improve EHS aspects, ensure safety, respect of work equipment and environment: enforce company safety rules.**Qualifications & Experience**- Graduate engineering background, with minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in the railway industry (Freight Locomotives).- Good knowledge of Quality, Safety and Environmental systems.- IT literate (Office suite - e.G.
