Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide**Overview**:**Specific responsibilities of the role**:**Drive the continuous improvement of results**: communicate objectives, involve teams, implement actions, pull and implement improvement ideas, initiate improvement workshops (SWIP) and problem solving groups (PDCA methodology), track improvement (visual management), communicate results.To deploy Industrial Strategies in-line with Product Line Management Committee decisionsResearch of local suppliers and or partners for new technologies and looking for local content for Overhaul activityParticipate in the investment/budget planning.Capturing of Return of experience (REX) from Shop floor on quality and productivity aspects.Be responsible for the correct implementation for APSYS pertaining to Manufacturing domain, Sourcing and Quality DomainsField Operation and Service Quality performances consolidation of data.Manage relationship with Suppliers, Engineering and Quality to improve project results and Customer Satisfaction.Improve EHS aspects, ensure safety, respect of work equipment and environment: enforce company safety rules.Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate engineering background, with minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in the railway industry (Freight Locomotives).Good knowledge of Quality, Safety and Environmental systems.IT literate (Office suite - e.G.
