Description
Drive the implementation and execution of tools and methodology related to
Continuous Improvement, such as Lean, Six sigma, WCM and TPM.
Lead improvement projects in all departments of the Queretaro plant, involving all
employees, with the goal of optimizing processes and reducing/eliminating losses
and waste in those processes in order to ensure that targets are met.
- Review resources needed to address unsafe conditions and escalate those to the Management team.
- Develop a strategic plan for the site together with the leadership team, focusing on critical projects to achieve established goals.
- Implement lean manufacturing tools and ensuring methodology alignment through team training.
- Plan culture change and lean thinking of employees through specific training to support the development of a culture to eliminate losses.
- Monitor financial savings from projects by tracking results of improvements made to ensure continuous improvement of processes.
- Identify potential new projects, prioritize and plan execution in line with business strategy to impact KPIs.
- Ensure escalation process of different management levels, from operations to senior management, through daily improvement management meetings to resolve issues and deviations from indicators in a corrective and preventive manner with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act proactively and sustainably by seeking to minimise the impact of our operations on the environment and by committing to the company environmental policy to ensure compliance with the company standards.
- Work according to the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice to ensure the production of safe packaging for customers and consumers and participate in all quality procedures under your responsibility to ensure compliance with the company standards.
**Requirements**:
Industrial Engineer
Green or Black Belt Certification
3 years of experience.
Proeficiecy English
