Continuous Improvement Engineer

Description--Responsibilities--:
Lead continuous improvement projects simultaneously with different cronctional teams at multiple BU Perform data analysis to define improvement projects aligned to operational team strategy. Design of storage spaces developing a slotting strategy to optimize resources regularly. Design processing áreas and develop new workflows and procedures. Collaborate with WMS team to develop the optimal configuration (base configuratir all Business Units) and customized modulr special requiremenr a specific BU or group of BU. Develop business analytics tools to support decision making. Analyze new equipment and tools available in the market to compareand evaluate business cases to integrate at current operations. Evaluate operational performance vs business model. Promote a Continuous improvement culture.-Requirements--:

Bachelor-s Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent work Importante empresa. English Intermediate Level written and spoken Importante empresa in Ecommerlfillment centers and/or distribution centers. Proficiency in Lean Tools Proven Kaizen experiences Importante empresa in process and performance analysis, Warehouse design, Slotting and Scheduling configuration. Attention to Details Advance level in Excel AutoCAD required nsive knowledge in Wnctionalities (SQL Importante empresa desired). Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. years
