**Your Job**Implementation of MOS Strategy and Execution at the Site**Our Team**Molex is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical and fiber optic connectivity systems offering more than 100,000 products in a variety of industries including automotive, data communications, medical, industrial and consumer electronics, we are looking for talent to contribute within this great company.**What You Will Do**Molex Operating System Deployment, Training & Maturity at the SiteProduction Execution Governance through Running & Improving the BusinessSite Strategy Execution CapabilityManufacturing & Improvement Software AdministrationSite Leadership Standard WorkPerformance ImprovementPerform other related duties as assigned by management**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- 4 year degree with Engineering- 4 to 5 years in an industrial engineering role, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement.- Bilingual communication skills, both English and Spanish; both verbal and written- Ability to read and interpret schematic, drawings and specifications.- Proficient computer skills. Experience with spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software- Facilities CAD plant design training and experience.
