**What You Will Do**
Molex Operating System Deployment, Training & Maturity at the Site
Production Execution Governance through Running & Improving the Business
Site Strategy Execution Capability
Manufacturing & Improvement Software Administration
Site Leadership Standard Work
Performance Improvement
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- 4 year degree with Engineering
- 4 to 5 years in an industrial engineering role, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement.
- Bilingual communication skills, both English and Spanish; both verbal and written
- Ability to read and interpret schematic, drawings and specifications.
- Proficient computer skills. Experience with spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software
- Facilities CAD plant design training and experience. (Plus)
- Project management skills that demonstrate the ability to set goals and priorities in order to complete projects in a systematic and timely manner
