**Continuous Improvement Intern**
**LOCATION: Guadalajara**
**REPORTS TO: HR SSC Director**

**Core Responsibilities**:
- Project assignment for at least 6 months to design and automate operational performance metrics (KPIs)
- Participates in sessions to analyze and document processes and identify potential opportunities to improve.
- Prepares reports, charts and diagrams to illustrate process improvements and project data.
- Assist HR SSC Operations Teams by working on projects to improve the overall service and employee experience
- Perform mathematical calculations to determine current and future states of the operation
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration interested in Business Processes
- Basic knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Advanced Excel and other data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience in process documentation and analysis
- Analytical and research skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- English conversational level
- Familiar with Artificial Intelligence is a plus
