Co-facilitate continuous improvement activities in support of the plan. Build knowledge of specific Lean and Six Sigma systems, methods and tools. Able to work under minimal supervision, now in the form of co-facilitation and post-activity reflection. Manage resources to effectively help execute the strategy deployment plans.Detailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:Ensure the execution of the continuous improvement (CI) goals and strategies for the operation and support functions in the organizationEnsure all activities for CI and performance enhancement are fulfilled in the customer or departmentWork closely with area owner to develop CI activitiesParticipate in the management gemba ("go and see") activitiesParticipate in the site/function CI CommitteeSupport the adoption and measurement of the Systematic CI Framework StandardsLead or co-facilitate the process improvement based CI workshopsDrive new ideas and improvement solutions with all area owners and deploy good practices to other customers/departmentsWork closely with all area owners to create a culture of continuous improvementAdhere to Reward and Recognition programs to motivate all employeesSupport improvement opportunities external to the site/function (as required).
