The **Continuous Improvement Lead **is the responsible to Increase productivity within assigned machines or lines, maintain and improve the performance and/or productivity of assigned areas or teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Productivity improvement in the home care department in the Kips assigned in Continuous Improvement
- Use of tools to solve problems (Kaizen, Parettos, etc.)
- Implementation of projects and reduction of resources in their assigned machines and changes for continuous improvement.
- Teamwork with maintenance personnel in autonomous maintenance activities
- Closure of security findings and safe conduct tours in Home Care
- Closing of Quality notifications and failure investigation in their assigned products
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, chemical, process engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in an operations, continuous improvement or manufacturing position.
- Intermediate English level.
- Knowledge in safety, quality and continuous improvement standards.
- Desirable experience or knowledge in maintenance.
