In this role you will develop a common and consistent approach to continuous improvement and strategy. Customize strategy and help to spread best practices.**Your responsibilities**:- Lean Manufacturing Strategy.- Process standardization.- Automation in processes.- Continuous improvement methodology (Management with suppliers, design of workstations, layout adjustment, opportunity to make processes more efficient).**Your background**:- Bachelor's Degree in Material, Industrial, Electronical engineering from and accredited university or college.- Ten years of experience working in Continuous Improvement an process.- ISO-9001 or IATF Experience.- Continuous Improvement theoretical and practical experience.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- AutoCad or SolidWorks similar design software 2D.- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing methodology.- Green Belt is desirable.- Leadership Training and skills.- Customer focus, sense of urgency and Strong oral and written communication.- Business Conversational English.**More about us**:
