We provide legal, financial and employee administration through TMF Group's teams in 120 offices.**DISCOVER THE ROLE**Over the past two years, we have been deploying a digital backbone to establish consistency in processes, controls and systems. As our operations mature, we are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement leader to build Lean Six Sigma capabilities throughout the organization and to drive ongoing improvements in service quality and cost.This is a new role, reporting to our Global Continuous Improvement Lead, working across our global footprint. The role will need to partner and coach our 40+ operational excellence team members to deliver improvement initiatives.The role will be focused on three main outcomes:- Build Lean Six Sigma skills across delivery and operational excellence teams, through formal training and ongoing coaching- Deliver measurable improvements in the cost of delivery- Deliver measurable improvements in the quality of our service**Key responsibilities**:- Establish a continuous improvement methodology and approach for TMF Group- Train Operational Excellence staff to become black belts, green belts and yellow belts- Deliver Lean Six Sigma training to client delivery teams, to build continuous improvement across our teams- Manage a team of three (master) black belts who will be responsible for:- Defining, embedding and reviewing operational metrics to help client delivery teams identify and drive areas of improvement- Coaching delivery and operational excellence teams to identify and deliver improvements- Communicate successes and ensure they are shared across the business**Key requirements Mandatory**:- English fluency and professional (B2-C1), all your team is on Amsterdam and Malaysia.- 8+ years of experience driving continuous improvement at scale- Black Belt, with accreditations to deliver certified training to others- Experience in leading continuous improvement within a global, professional services and/or financial services firm- Value focused, ensuring that improvement deliver shareholder value- Highly collaborative, able to build relationships across the globe- Multicultural background, with experience delivering change with different cultures**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?****Pathways for career development**- Work with colleagues and clients around the world on interesting and challenging work.- We provide internal career opportunities, so you can take your career further within TMF.- Continuous development is supported through global learning opportunities from the TMF Business Academy.**Make an impact**- You'll be helping us to make the world a simpler place to do business for our clients.- Through our corporate social responsibility program, you'll also be making a difference in the communities where we work
