Industrial Engineering Degree (MBA, Quality - Manufacturing - Financial)

Excellent written and verbal English skills

5 years of experience in Manager CI position

10 years or Experience in Automotive industries

Coordinating the fulfillment of objectives as a promoter of change, with the purpose of achieving excellence and constant optimization.
Lead investment and continuous improvement projects

Manage the development of the measurement system for the correct measurement of OEE

TPM Coordination

Follow up on the indicators of the improvement system and provide visibility.
Certification Black Belt, Six sigma

Responsible for establishing a sharing mechanism for continuous improvement work and sharing improvement experience through meetings and benchmarking workshops.
Use 6 Sigma, lean production, KT and other related tools to assist all departments of the company to solve key problems.
Responsible for the research, construction and implementation of the company's data management system, management specifications, methods, and tools;
Mentor and train staff to use their talent and ensure the effective implementation of CID and succession plan, and continuously improving staff engagement.
This position reports to a Continuous Improvement Corporative USA
