Join us!Position PurposeProvides leadership and guidance for the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement strategies and processes for the company. You will be responsible for facilitating and implementing kaizen strategies, communications, training and events. The position will build support and provide consistency in the application of Lean Six Sigma principles to create better business results.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the conversion of mass production systems to Lean production systems.Develop, lead and facilitate Kaizen events.Lead the implementation of the automated SPC management system.Lead the development of SPC implementation across all product families.Train the plant team in Lean Production System ideas and systems.Provide leadership to ensure smooth coordination, execution, integration and establishment of a Lean Six Sigma Culture at the manufacturing location by driving synergies (processes, resources, best practices).Lead the development of the LEAN Six Sigma program to improve business results, capacity, communications, training, information sharing, flexibility and speed to market across all plant-level functions.Streamline operating systems to eliminate redundancy, create scale, and enable synergies.Develop and maintain Lean Six Sigma KPIs to monitor the health, complexity and effectiveness of the organization and develop plans as appropriate, as well as evaluate resources.Influence an environment that embraces the concepts and principles of Lean Six Sigma by developing capabilities at the lowest levels of the organization.Provide leadership to support improved total delivery costs, reduced variability, reduced working capital, and improved supply chain (supplier to customer) effectiveness by implementing process discipline and focus.Provide leadership to make the most of standard practices to minimize waste and enable continuous improvement to drive better business results.Qualifications:10+ years of professional experience
