**In this Role, your responsibilities will Be:
- Work directly with engineering and manufacturing to identify product specifications and quality attributes; measure production; document testing; determine operational and performance rating; write and update quality assurance procedures
- Develop and regularly communicate metrics that indicate performance of specific processes against established standards
- Supervise that the support that Quality must provide to the areas with which it interacts is carried out in a timely manner. And where warranted, intervene personally.
- Always promote safe operation, supporting and supervising the areas of your responsibility.
- Provide the plant support required for corporate personnel, such as Design Engineering, Central Planning, Sales, Corporate Quality, suppliers, etc.
- Management and monitoring of compliance with SGC, ISO 9001 in its current version
- Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Investigate customer complaints, monitor and rationalize poor quality cost targets (rework plus warranty expenses) in support of company profit objectives.
- Scrap control and reduction

- Continuous improvement projects implementationCollect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes of defects and opportunities for improvement.
