Maintain a clear vision that the goal to achieve is continuous improvement.****02.
Achieve the objectives set by management in search of Operational Excellence.****03.
Involve staff by creating a management and approach philosophy, developing the Culture of Continuous Improvement.****04.
Form a team with the Plant staff to establish goals and objectives.****05.
Manage and teach by example the theoretical and practical tools to achieve objectives.****06.
Plan and organize events aimed at achieving continuous improvement.
