- The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for using the Lean Manufacturing methodology to drive operational process improvements that support increased OEE and margin improvement among other key strategic initiatives. This position will identify, develop, and execute improvements throughout all aspects of the business. The individual will provide mentoring, coaching, and training as needed at the plant to support the use of the continuous improvement's methodology and tools. The individual will also be the process owner of Loss Analysis activities at the plant: understanding losses in the facility and leading zero loss analysis initiatives. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering defined and measurable cost improvements to the site.**You'll succeed because**

In this role you will...
- Comply with the guidelines of the Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Policy, committed to satisfy the requirements of our customers and consumers by delivering high quality products, taking care of our impact on the environment, preventing injuries and deterioration of the health of our employees and visitors, complying with legal and other requirements applicable to our operation, as well as to continually improve our systems processes. - Establish a system to review standard daily Meeting Metrics periodically to ensure continuous improvement (Site Governance).
- Develop and implement a strategy to train, implement and progress under the basis of Reckitt Management system (TPM, Lean, Six sigma).
- Coach and support individuals to successfully complete cost improvement initiatives
- Lead complex, high return improvement initiatives.
- Identify and select initiatives which will deliver key business objectives.
- Act as a change agent, systematically driving use of lean manufacturing for continuous improvement and change throughout the plant.
- Monitor and report on the top CI initiatives for the site.
- Identify and deploy best practices within the site.
- Performs other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
- Must continuously challenge the status quo to drive culture change at the plant towards a methodical, data driven approach to problem solving with an emphasis on root cause problem solving and sustaining improvements.
- Strong influencing skills is critical to gain alignment throughout company.
- Ability to work with people at all levels within the company.
- Involved across all phases of improvement projects including identification, justification, selection, execution, and sustainment.
- Working closely with site leadership to monitor the continuous improvement program and improve overall program effectiveness (Increased OEE and Improved Quality)
- Leading by example being a role model for Reckitt values and compass.
**The experience we're looking for**:
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience leveraging Lean Manufacturing Principles (Lean Six Sigma
- High acumen in supply and finance
- Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred
- Proven experience in implementation CI projects
