- This role will focus on systemic issues within the team and project manage to mitigate and develop further processes using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies and tools, along with possessing skills in Agile, Value Stream Management and Daily Improvement Management systems.

- Lead complex C.I projects and/or events across multiple functions
- Identify systemic organizational problems
- Drive effectiveness against team issues
- Establish measurable standards
- Completes complex projects and performs project organization, definition, planning, implementation, and control.
- Use your problem-solving skills to foresee obstacles and make strategic decisions
- Qualification, Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 2+ years of Lean / Six Sigma process improvement experience desired
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence and SAP
- Preferred LSS Black Belt certification and/or SME.org Lean Gold certification
- Knowledge and practice of Daily Management Improvement systems strongly preferred
- Experience in the selection, development and analysis of performance metrics strongly preferred
- Experience in establishing and sustaining effective KPI/metric-driven standards and governance
- High level of competency in team building, interpersonal relationship building and influence without authority is required
