1. Equivity KPI Dashboard Management: Utilize Power BI to manage Equivity KPI dashboards, and consolidate and manage related data reports to feed into KPIs. 2. Lead the Charge in Continuous Improvement: Lead brainstorming sessions and provide expertise in CI projects from inception to completion. 3. Administrator and Configuration Control: Maintain all Equivity process documentation and ensure accuracy and relevance of process documentation on the SharePoint site. 4. Innovation Specialist: Utilize technology to automate business processes wherever possible and identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into operations. 5. Backup SharePoint Administrator: Provide backup support for SharePoint administration tasks and collaborate with the primary SharePoint administrator to maintain platform integrity and security.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or beyond - Proven experience in data analysis and dashboard management, preferably using Power BI. - A champion of change, armed with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other CI methodologies. - A maestro of organization and documentation, with a knack for maintaining order in the chaos and ensuring every detail is accounted for - A visionary, always on the lookout for ways to push the boundaries of what's possible through technology and innovation. - A communicator extraordinaire, able to inspire and motivate others to rally behind the cause of continuous improvement.
