At Hyatt we are looking for your talent as:Continuous Improvement SpecialistThis position will be working with the Continuous Improvement Team Leader, and with cross-functional teams of the different SSC areas and BUs, driving transformative business initiatives aimed at creating operational efficiency, enhanced financial controls and compliance, to ensure that projects align with the SSC strategies.Your main functions will be:Engage with colleagues in developing and supporting near and long terms transformative solutions to drive efficiency and financial accuracy and review.Develop good knowledge in some basic systems and tools of the position (Coupa, SAP, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.), apply improvements, support SSC areas needs, and train other team members.Support and ensure compliance with the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting, SOX, and US GAAP requirements.Support the measurement and delivery of service levels SLA/KPI targets in SSC.Collaborate and enable improvement initiatives focused on design, implementation, and optimization of business processes under the scope of the SSC.Collaborate and support SSC areas initiative of freeing up capacity by leveraging data and technology to automate manual, time-consuming, and repetitive tasks that are prone to error to allow more time for value-added activities and enhance colleague well-being.Manage numerous improvement or automation projects simultaneously, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of initiatives and outcomes, with enhanced focus on return on investment, prioritization, and deadlines.Perform other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor/manager.Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values (Included in all job descriptions).Your profile:Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.1 - 3 years relevant experience in process mapping and analysis, requirement gathering and documentation.Analytical assignment focused on data extraction, manipulation and interpretation, project teamwork, and Automation.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Team player but also able to work independently.Knowledge of Project Management, and lean methodology preferred.Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.Apply here with your updated CV and contact us via email or WhatsApp.Care Connects Us!#J-18808-Ljbffr
