In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing lean initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement throughout the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop project plans, and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Responsibilities:Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects to drive operational excellence and process improvementIdentify areas for improvement and conduct analysis to develop project plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve project goalsProvide training and mentorship to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and toolsMonitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring timely completion and achievement of desired outcomesCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior managementPromote a culture of continuous improvement and strive for operational excellenceRequirementsAdvanced English is a mustBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldCertification in Lean Six Sigma methodology (e.G., Green Belt, Yellow Belt)Proven experience in warehouse and shops projectsStrong knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma principles and toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well with cross-functional teams and drive changeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
