La Cuesta Plant TRIM Division****Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.****YOUR TASK WILL BE**- **Proactive leadership in the implementation of the Culture of Continuous Improvement.**:- **Involvement in the process of continuous improvement in quality aspects, Poka yoke devices, cost reduction and training in general.**:- **Propose changes to current and future processes based on Lean or Six Sigma concepts.**:- **Participate as a member of the creative team of the culture of change.**:- **Analysis of standardized work in direct and indirect personnel.****TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's degree engineering preferred.- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position on automotive industry.- Advanced conversational English level +80%- Certifications in six sigma green belt or black belt preferred- Knowledge of lean manufacturing (or lean sig sigma certification)
