Continuous Improvement Technician

Supports deployment and execution of the continuous improvement process and designs and executes all infrastructure to support industrial engineering improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. Responsible for the training program.
Responsibilities & Tasks: Coach and Leader of Kaizen and Kaizen Blitz5S Support 5S program to generate (5S Audit calendar, share scores by areas and follow up close action)Hirings Conduct the New hiring CI trainingsBalancing operationsUpdate Flex Manning information about run times, operator and shiftsVisual Factory In charge of maintaining all plant visuals in good shape (boards, banners, charts), design and develop in-houseCompliance Ensure activities are in compliance with the QMS and quality policy and also aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and business contextLean Training Program Ensure training for all plant personnelProcesses & Tools Handled in the Job(To be defined based on specific job requirements)
